How do people book you?: People contact me through my email and also send me requests to my Instagram pages.

Who is your favorite tattoo artist?: I am a big fan of new school tattoo artists, and a bigger fan of traditional tattoo artists. However, Jose Perez Jr. has always been my favorite black and grey realism tattoo artist .

Who is your favorite artist outside the tattoo world?: My favorite artist would be graphic novels cover artists and comic book artist Jae Lee

Where do you get inspiration for your work?: I get inspired through artistic photography and art all over social media, I like to redraw photos in my style of drawing. My go to is always Pinterest.

About how many tattoos do you do a day?: Since 2017 I’ve been working on bigger tattoos so I can only work on 2 tattoos a day. Previously I only did small tattoos which I was able to do about 10 a day.

How long have you been tattooing?: I started tattooing in 2013 in Istanbul Turkey.

Ever tattooed anyone famous?Who?: I have tattooed NBA champ Jordan Mickey, very humble man and very respectful and open for my crazy ideas.

Any "nightmare" tattoo experiences? Tell us about it!: I’ve had my share of nightmare tattoo experiences throughout my career, the most recent one is working with a client who thought that it was okay to poke me while I worked on him… I explained that I wasn’t comfortable being touched, he got an attitude, so I stopped working on him. He started harassing me on social media and called me on the phone yelling; I still haven’t understood what his problem was!

Craziest tattoo or tattoo location?: I have tattooed someone’s “rear end”, it was an appointment that I didn’t really take seriously back at the beginning of my career. By the end of the appointment I found myself tattooing an anus!

Favorite part of the body to tattoo?: I’m not a big fan of symmetry, my favorite parts would be every part! “neck, forearm, leg, feet, ribs”

Least favorite tattoo location or type?: There is nowhere I won’t work on, least favorite is a request to copy a tattoo which I would refuse.

How long have you followed Texas Inked Magazine?: I have been following since I moved to Texas a year ago.

Do you listen to music while you work? What kind? Fave artist?: I listen to music all the time! My favorite time to listen to music is work time, I move my needle to the rhythm. I like rap music, R&B, country, and rock, and I am a big fan of new hip hop.
