Who is your favorite artist outside the tattoo world?: Koka, a graffiti artist in Mexico.
Where do you get inspiration for your work?: Everywhere, old paintings, beautiful sculptures, and every day life!
About how many tattoos do you do a day?: Just one. I honestly don’t double book or try to get a lot of people done in one day because I prefer to just give my full energy into each project I do.
How long have you been tattooing?: 5 years.
Ever tattooed anyone famous?Who?: Not actual celebrities but just Instagram famous people
Any "nightmare" tattoo experiences? Tell us about it!: Lol one time when I worked at a street shop in the ghetto, I was doing a coverup tattoo of a name on someone. The girl decided to call her ex and tell her that she was getting her name covered up. When the ex arrived she started fighting my client while I was still doing her tattoo. Needless to say her coverup didn’t come out all that great lol.
Craziest tattoo or tattoo location?: A 2 inch hot dog with ketchup and mayonnaise on the bicep
Favorite part of the body to tattoo?: Forearm
Least favorite tattoo location or type?: Ribs
How long have you followed Texas Inked Magazine?: 1 year
Do you listen to music while you work? What kind? Fave artist?: Yes hip hop mainly. And mostly NBA YoungBoy
What is something other artists do that makes you cringe?: Nothing really, I try to focus more on positivity and what I can learn from each individual that will help me prosper.
Won awards for your work? What one is the most meaningful to you?: Not yet but one day if it's meant to be I will.
Who do you hope to tattoo one day?: President Trump lol nah, the better question is what do I hope to tattoo one day!
Favorite tattooed model?: My wife of course @hairrbystephanie
Hobbies outside of the art industry?: Working out! I love working out and weightlifting, it's my biggest passion besides tattooing.
Tell us something only a few people know about you?: I can tattoo with a blindfold!!!!
What other tattoo style would you want to learn?: Abstract
Which of your own tattoos means the most to you? Who's the artist?: Most definitely a quote on my forearm that says 'What is life but an escape from death'. Its something I read in the end of a Japanese book of a general that was contemplating his victory in war and realizing that really nothing matters because we will all one day die anyways.
